Repeatability < ±0.013mm · instant positioning & clamping · modular quick changeover
A ball-lock positioning system is a modular rapid changeover system: ball-lock shafts mate with receiver and locating bushings to deliver instant positioning and clamping, high rigidity, and significantly reduced changeover time.
The core value of ball-lock is "insert it and it locks, locked and it's located": the instant the ball-lock shaft enters the receiver bushing, positioning and clamping complete together, with repeatability better than ±0.013mm — no extra indicating, changeover several times faster than traditional methods.
The system uses a modular design — one set needs at least 2 ball-lock shafts + 2 receiver bushings + 2 locating bushings — and can be combined freely to fit different machine tables and fixture sizes.
Ideal for medium-precision rapid changeover. Works even better combined with hydraulic fixtures and exchange tables, widely used in multi-part batch production for automotive parts and construction machinery.
Instant positioning, high rigidity, modular flexibility, great value
Insert and it locks — positioning and clamping in one step, drastically cutting auxiliary time.
Repeatability < ±0.013mm; rigid lock withstands cutting forces reliably.
Shafts + receivers + locating bushings combined per need, fitting various machines.
Achieve rapid changeover at better cost — the ideal choice for medium-precision scenes.
